Research Interests

​Dr. Chand's research interest includes designs and syntheses of multifunctional porous frameworks and cages for their potential applications in gas storage (energy storage) and separation such as olefin/paraffin, ethylene/ethane, isomer separation.

Also, those porous frameworks and cages could be used as sensing materials, heterogeneous catalysis, and proton conducting membranes for H2 fuel cell applications.
