Shuvo Datta received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry in 2011 at Sogang University, Seoul, South Korea. There he completed two years of post-doctoral work (2011-2013) before being promoted to research professor (2013-2017). He joined KAUST as a research scientist in 2017.
Currently, he is a staff scientist and leading mixed-matrix membrane (MMM) group at AMPM center directed by Prof. Mohamed Eddaoudi. Shuvo’s research interest is to develop a platform of highly selective MOF-based MMMs that can be applied for a range of molecular separation processes.
