AMPM Center inspires potential scientists

​A group of second-grade students from Garden Elementary School (GES) at KAUST visited AMPM Center to learn about the ongoing research in the center and its direct impact on the society. The center Director, Mohamed Eddaoudi welcomed the group and briefed the children on the importance of research in providing sustainable means to protect the environment, save energy by efficiently using our natural resources.

Held on Monday 26 November, visitors were also able to learn basics pertaining to lab safety and visited the AMPM’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Students engaged in exciting hands-on friendly experiments in the center core labs, interacted with faculty, students and staff in a very pleasant atmosphere.
