Research Interests

Developing an ultra-high throughput, ultra-low-cost portable chemical, and biological sensors.  The use of simple electrode materials that are tightly coupled to Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and sophisticated electronics to create highly sensitive programmable sensors. Developing Networked systems of tiny wireless and sensing-enabled devices will give birth to a host of new applications. These devices will lead to a significant cost-savings, throughput increases, and enable heretofore infeasible assays making “in the field” testing a reality.
