Research Interests

Taking new semiconductor materials as the research background, with the goal of achieving low-dose X-ray
detection required in current medical imaging, especially mammography, I aim at the development and
growth of new semiconductor single crystals and the preparation of scintillator film, and ultimately apply to
low-dose X-ray detection (mainly direct X-ray single crystal detectors and indirect X-ray scintillator).
